Personal Working Genius Assessment for each team member: Each participant will complete a scientifically validated online assessment to identify their two areas of “Working Genius” (where they find joy and energy) and two areas of “Working Frustration” (where they lose energy). This assessment provides profound self-awareness and lays the foundation for understanding team dynamics.

Team debrief with Q&A session: A facilitated 60-minute session where Vicki Tomlinson unpacks the team’s collective Working Genius profile. This session highlights team strengths, identifies potential gaps, and provides practical strategies for optimizing collaboration, delegation, and overall productivity. The Q&A segment allows for real-time application and clarification tailored to your team’s specific challenges.

Individual 20-minute one-on-one coaching session: Following the group debrief, each participant will receive a private 20-minute coaching session with Vicki. This personalized follow-up allows individuals to delve deeper into their assessment results, discuss specific workplace scenarios, and develop actionable plans to leverage their Genius and manage their Frustrations effectively in their role and within their team.
